2007

Gallus Celebrates 25 years of service in North America.

2002

Delivery of the first Gallus RCS 330/430 into the United States.

1999

Gallus and Heidelberg sign letter of cooperation. With a 30% investment from Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG, Gallus became part of the Heidelberg Group.

1997

Gallus, USA moves to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and opens a new demo center.

1994

Development of the Gallus TCS 250. Last T 180 sold; since 1954 more than 700 machines sold worldwide. Founding of the Gallus AG Holding Company.

1992

Development of the T 250 by Innoprint AG. Founding of the daughter company in the U.K. Founding of the daughter company in Germany.

1991

Last R 250 B; since 1981 over 140 machines sold worldwide.

1990

Purchase of Arsoma GmbH in Langgöns,Germany. Ferd. E. Rüesch, Jr. took over leadership of company from Ferd. E. Rüesch, Sr.

1988

Founding of the daughter company, Innoprint AG in Arnegg. Founding of the Rotary Screen School Center at Harzbüchelstrasse 22. Delivery of the last R160; since 1979 more than 600 R160's have been sold worldwide.

1984

Delivery of the first electronic feed system on the Gallus machines. First presentation of the Gallus Rotary Screen Printing System, with self-made Screeny material, at the FESPA in Amsterdam.

1982

Established Gallus USA.

1980

Start of the Microelectronic era, development of the first electronic feed system for the Gallus printing machines. Initial planning work for a modern manufacturing philosophy, totally oriented to flexible manufacturing with numerically controlled tooling machines.

1971

Construction of new production facility at Harzbüchelstrasse 34.

1970

Start of numeric controlled technology for manufacturing usage.

1960

The patent of a Roller Segment Die Cutting Unit for the manufacture of self-adhesive labels.

1953

Company turnover to the son, Ferdinand Rüesch-Ebneter, who was born in 1924. Industrialization of Ferd. Rüesch Maschine and Scale Company and the start of worldwide exports.

1941

Delivery of the first Roto Punch machine - Gallus III Special.

1925

Building of the first patented Gallus Tag & Label machine.

1923

Founding of company, Ferd. Rüesch Eichmeister, Waagenfabrik und aschinenwerkstätte, "Eichstätten", Spitalgasse 8 in St. Gallen, through Ferdinand Rüesch-Baur (1883-1965) with eight employees and six apprentices.
