Gallus KM 510 S

The Gallus KM 510 S opens significant new markets to printers. This modular, narrow-web, inline system allows complex folding carton applications to be printed, finished and processed directly from the roll – all in a single pass. This optimizes workflow, simplifies handling, saves time and boosts cost-effectiveness. Short set-up and change-over times and minimal waste lead to increased productivity, particularly for small and medium-sized jobs.

Advantages

Particularly efficient for small to medium-sized runs, the Gallus KM 510 S inline system provides extremely cost-effective production of complex, high-quality paperboard products such as folding cartons, blister cards, display packaging, cups, lids and sleeves. The Gallus KM 510 S can be extended to perform up to 16 operations. These range from flexographic printing (including reverse side printing without turning the web), screen printing, hot foil stamping, cold foiling, rotogravure printing, laminating and varnishing to creasing, embossing and die-cutting. Thanks to its modular design, the system can also be adapted and expanded at any time to suit changing market needs.
